		> Qudisya President & CEO	Ms. Qudisya sets the strategic vision and goals for TechIris. She has extensive experience in the area of reasearch and development of complex mathematical models for real time computer applications. Her area of specialisation is system modelling simulation, operations research, and statistical methods. She has over 7 years of hands on experience in teaching mathematics for Post Graduate Management and Post Graduate Engineering students in the areas of system simulation, operations research & statistical methods at an University. She has taught more than 2000 students in different application areas of mathematics and computer science. She holds a Post Master's Research degree in Mathematics and also a Master's degree in Computer Applications. She is also a member of ISTE, a professional body in furthering technical education and IEEE. She is currently pursuing her Research Doctorate in System Modelling and Simulation.

		> Kamil Ariff Director & CTO	Mr. Kamil Ariff will lead the Technology and Intellectual Property efforts at TechIris. Kamil has over 13 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying supporting software solutions & products across organizations and across countries. He has a Post Masters Research degree in Computer Science, A Master's Degree in International Trade, and is certified by Project Management Institute (A world leading body in furthering Professional Project Management Practices) as a Project Management Professional. During his career with other organizations, He has lead large multi-project, multi-cultural, multi-location teams implementing project and products in both on-site and off-shore models. He also has hands on experience in establishing innovative practices resulting in cost savings/newer revenue streams for organizations.

		> Anis Fathima Vice President - Marketing & Sales	Ms. Anis Fathima will lead activities geared towards securing new business opportunities and marketing products and services, as well as business model due diligence. She has over 5 years experience in a wide range of (IT) technology development, sales & marketing, including starting up and operating start-up companies. Her experience extends to working as a business analyst, helping identify new business opportunities, and launch promising new products and services. She is a post-graduate in computer applications.
